• Do you allow pets?
  No, unfortunately we don't. But we do love them!
   

• Do you allow children?
  We allow well behaved children over the age of seven.
   

• Can I still check in if I arrive late?
  Check in is anytime after 15:00. This is a self check in process as we do not have a reception and may not be here, so you must have access to your arrival email. 
   

• Will I have to share my room with other guests?
  No, all of our rooms are private. We do not have any dorm rooms.
   

• Is The Bunker wheelchair accessible?
  Unfortunately not. There are steps to enter the building, the corridors are narrow and there is a flight of stairs to get to the toilets, kitchen and lounge.
   

• Can I drop my bags off early or pick them up later?
  This usually isn't an issue, but it has to be by prior arrangement. Every now and then it may not be possible so please ask to avoid any issues!
   

• It shows that you have no availability online - do you hold back any rooms?
  I'm afraid that our online booking system shows our up-to-date availability and we don't hold any rooms back, so we really are fully booked!
   

• Can we squeeze in more people than the room holds?
  Due to fire regulations we cannot exceed the room capacity.
   

• Can our friends who aren't staying here come in?
  We only allow guests who are currently staying at The Bunker to use any of the facilities. This is our home and we like to know who is here!
   

• Can we use the kitchen?
  Of course! We've got everything you need - pots/pans/utensils etc. Just remember if we have guests booked in for breakfast, the kitchen will be closed whilst we get that sorted. The breakfast time will be written on a board by the kitchen so you know roughly what time we will be using it! 
   

• Is there a fridge?
  Yep, there is a big fridge in the lounge for guests to use.
   

• Do you have a minimum stay?
  Over weekends we have a two night minimum stay from Friday night. Over bank holidays this is increased to a minimum of three nights from Friday night. On week nights we have no minimum stay.

• Do you have Wi-Fi?
  Yes, we do have wi-fi. This reaches everywhere in The Bunker but will be strongest in the communal areas.

• Do you have bike storage?
  We don't have any covered or secure bike storage and we cannot have any bikes inside The Bunker itself. However, we keep our bikes locked up out behind The Bunker and you are welcome to lock yours up along side ours. This would be at your own risk.

• Do you have parking?
  You can park in the free carpark across the road from The Bunker, called Masonic Car Park on google maps. There is no parking at The Bunker itself. The carpark states a 12 hour max stay, but we have checked with the council and this is just to deter people living and sleeping in the carpark and you will be fine parking for the duration of your stay at The Bunker.
